All True Except Two by Orville Riley. Cowboy poetry book 141 pages. Published 2012.
Forward by Dan Norvell.
Orv was born in Basin, Wyoming. He learned the sheet metal, air conditioning and heating trade while living in Billings, Montana. Also, he has been the owner of a manufacturing camp stove business for nearly thirty years. He enjoys horses, and he goes to the Bob Marshall Wilderness about every year. Orv was blessed with a number of abilities-two of these are his love for horses (breaking and training cayuses), and the other is his love for cowboy poetry.
In his poetry, he captures the true spirit of horse packing and camp life in the Bob Marshall and on hunting trips. That is what "All True Except Two" is about. Orv presents genuine integrity and justice in all of his western poetry.
