The body and tugs of this great looking breast collar are tooled with a basket stamped pattern. Heavy latigo, harness and skirting leather are used in the construction along with large dee rings on the ends and at the center connecting point. 2 ½ inch body, side tugs and toe are one inch leather. The breast collar has a spring snap on tow and large buckles on each tug, along with a kodel lined center piece. All hardware is nickel plated.
