The body and tugs of this great looking russet breast collar is tooled with a basket weaved pattern Heavy latigo, harness and skirting leather are used in the construction along with dee rings on the ends and at the center connecting point. 1 3/4 inch body, 3/4 inch side tugs and toe are 3/4 inch leather,spring snap on tow and large buckles on each tug. All hardware is nickel plated.
